Shipping rates are calculated directly from JNE and will shown upon checkout. The product will be send out maximum 2 days after the payment is received. Delivery within Indonesia takes approximately 1-5 working days.

International:
We currently ship to Singapore and Malaysia. Shipping rates are calculated directly from Rayspeed Asia and will shown upon checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, items in the From Tiny Islands range are 92,5 sterling silver covered with a layer of 18ct gold. Care should always be taken on gold plated jewelry to protect the layer from being worn away or scratched. Storing your jewelry in individual, air-tight plastic bags can help reduce or prevent it from tarnishing. Store it in a clean, dry place away from direct sun exposure and other atmospheric elements. Avoid your jewelry coming into contact with moisture such as perfume, water, and body lotions.

Over time, due to natural wear, your jewelry may need to be professionally polished, repaired, reconditioned, or reset. From Tiny Islands is happy to help with any reconditioning requests, please email info@fromtinyislands.com for a quote.

We do not accept returns and refunds in all orders. Exchanges are accepted until 5 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within the 5 days and MUST include its original packaging, and a receipt of purchase. Please contact info@fromtinyislands.com immediately to address your request and include a reason for exchange and we will then issue you a quote.

In the event of a valid exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number) involved for returning the item. Those returned items that are deemed worn, untagged, washed or damaged will be sent back to you at your expense. No refunds or exchanges on sale items under any circumstances.
